Reader support

How can we help?

Answers for account access, reading, offline copies, and digital-book use.

Where is a book I purchased?

Sign in with the same email used at Kaieteur House. Access appears after payment is confirmed and an active entitlement is recorded. If it still does not appear, contact support with the order email.

How do I change the page?

Open Settings to change the theme, text size, line spacing, margins, font style, and page movement. EPUB editions support the most customization; PDF layout is fixed.

How do bookmarks work?

While reading an EPUB, open the top controls and tap the bookmark icon. Saved places sync with your Reader account when connected.

Can I read without internet?

Open Offline Books while connected, select Save offline, and wait for completion. The copy is stored in this browser on this device. Clearing browser data removes it.

Why does a book no longer open?

Access may be unavailable when an order was refunded or reversed, an entitlement expired, the title was withdrawn for rights reasons, or the local copy was cleared.

Can I share an ebook file?

No. Access is a personal, non-transferable reading license. Authors and rights holders depend on readers not redistributing the file.

Need account help?

Use the Kaieteur House contact page and include the email connected to the purchase. Do not send payment-card details or identity documents.
